This policy is designed to be clear and decisive, setting firm expectations for our refund process.
1. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Scriptor.Studio offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any monthly or annual Pro Plan subscription.
- Eligibility: You may request a full refund for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
- No Questions Asked: This guarantee is offered without requiring a reason and is intended to provide peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.
2. INELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
- After 14 Days: Refund requests made after the 14-day period has expired will not be honored.
- Subscription Renewals: The 14-day guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to automatic renewal payments.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your recurring Pro subscription at any time by accessing the dedicated billing portal provided by our payment processor, Paddle.com.
- This link is included in the subscription receipt email sent by Paddle, or can be accessed via the Account section of the Service.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the remaining time in a billing period if the user cancels mid-month. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of the paid term.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
All refund requests must be initiated through Paddle's Order Support team for immediate processing.
- Visit paddle.net and use their virtual assistant to locate your transaction.
- Follow the prompts to request a refund for your Scriptor.Studio subscription.
Refund Processing: Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into the customer's account (for card payments) or 48 hours (for PayPal).
