14-DAY REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day refund policy for your first subscription payment for the Scriptor Studio Pro Plan. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
This policy applies only to your first-time subscription and does not apply to recurring monthly or annual renewal payments.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@scriptor.studio with the subject line "Refund Request."
Please include the email address you used to sign up for your account. All refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
PRO-RATED REFUNDS
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions that are canceled mid-cycle after the initial 14-day period. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
