3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) AND OWNERSHIP

• User Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all data you input into the Service (e.g., product features, keywords) and all resulting generated content (e.g., the five descriptions).
• Commercial Use: You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated content for any commercial purpose, including use on e-commerce sites, social media, and paid advertising.
• License to Scriptor.Studio: By submitting input, you grant Scriptor.Studio a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, store, and process your input and the resulting output solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service's technical functionality and efficiency.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITIONS

You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate, submit, or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• For reverse engineering, decompiling, or accessing the source code of the underlying AI model (Gemini 2.5 Flash API) or Scriptor.Studio's backend infrastructure.
• To create a competing service or to scrape data from the Service.

Any violation of this section may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, with or without notice.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

• "AS-IS" Service: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scriptor.Studio does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. We are not liable for any losses due to server downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: The AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate, factual, or suitable for your specific legal or advertising needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated output before use.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATION

In no event shall Scriptor.Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through Mandatory Binding Arbitration.
• Process: Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
• Agreement: You and Scriptor.Studio are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
